Catholic Charities’ Bakhita Empowerment Program works closely with the Human Trafficking Task Force, providing assistance to trafficking victims within Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast, including case management, emotional support, safety planning, and advocacy. Victims are provided with basic needs and financial assistance to help them build a new life away from their trafficker.

Catholic Charities partners with other agencies such as The Salvation Army of Palm Beach County, Place of Hope, The Lord’s Place, and others offering limited housing and/or other services to trafficking victims.
